This 2-day luxury itinerary visits Tarangire, Ngorongoro. It begins and ends in Arusha, with each park day set out below. The itinerary leaves time for wildlife viewing and comfortable lodge stays. After a morning departure from Arusha, travel to Tarangire National Park for your first game drive. Look for elephants, giraffes and other wildlife among the park’s baobabs and river landscapes. Take a lunch break, then continue exploring the available game-drive areas before heading to your overnight accommodation. Dinner and overnight arrangements are provided in the final accommodation proposal. The following morning’s departure time is agreed with your guide.

Elephant herds, antelope and birdlife are among the subjects to watch for, while predator sightings depend on the day. Allow time at sightings to observe behaviour and keep cameras ready during the slower drives between them.
Arusha is the usual starting or finishing point for this northern Tanzania programme. Confirm the collection address and departure time before travelling, and keep a small day bag separate from your main luggage. Transfer time varies with the route, traffic and road conditions; the guide will explain the day’s stops before setting out.
